I believe its not a Zullo, but a Zullini. Van Herwerden is a big and very nice bikeshop in Den Haag; they imported Chesini back in the day, but also had their own frames made in Italy, I think (almost sure) by Zullini. But also by Chesini I think (almost sure too ... I've seen Van Herwerden frames with engraved headtubes). In addition they (as a shop) had a line of black anodized and panto'd 'Super Record' parts: seatpost, stem, chainrings, I think hubs too. I must have their advertisement somewhere. If anyone is considering bidding on this nice little bike and wants to know more, I could give John van Herwerden a call. Although the seller could do that too of course. In short, I don't think its a Zullo ...
