[CR] Campagnolo Rally 2nd RD - Factory or Retrofit?

Attached is a photo of a Campagnolo Rally 2nd generation RD. Was this an early configuration of said derailleur with the NR style Allen mounting and pivot bolts? Was it Factory done or did someone retrofit for esthetic reasons only?
