I can't see the decal well enough to tell, but if it's this one:

referred to as the "rainbow" logo, it is an '83. I had one as my first serious race bike. Made in Waterford, sizes smaller than 58cm were Columbus SLX; 58cm and above were, IIRC, a mix of SL/SP. Very nice bike; I sold mine to someone who was going to restore it but I haven't seen the finished results.
