OK, another unusual Colnago ... anyone know the story here?

Older features: long type Campagnolo dropouts, and no shifter braze-ons.
Newer features: Colnago pressed in the seat stay caps and in the chain stays, two sets of bottle bosses, under b.b. der. cable routing.
Weird features: Fender eyelets on the Campy dropouts, a clamp slip-stop on top of the down tube where shifters or a guide would mount.
Not sure about correctness of the decals, it's not my area, but I think they are wrong? Matching "11" Serial stamps on drive-side rear dropout and steer tube, in the typical Colnago style. Lots of clubs & logos for lug windows and cut-outs ensure this is indeed a Colnago ... but is it original, and when is it really from? Thanks...
