Kevin, It would appear also from the photos, that there are holes drilled into the chain stays, which to me would mean replacement, no matter what it is. Otherwise, it looks like a cool bike. I was kind of lusting after it from a refinishing standpoint until I saw that. Thanks for pointing it out. Respectfully, Keith

-------- Original Message -------- Subject: [CR] Cinelli (???) on eBay with Super-Relieved BB Shell!!! From: Kevin Kruger <ktk1_7_0_2_8@yahoo.com> Date: Wed, September 23, 2009 6:23 am To: <classicrendezvous@bikelist.org>
Take a look at the scary relieved BB shell on this bike currently listed on eBay that appears to be a Cinelli or Cinelli clone (no holes in lugs like typically found on Windsors and Raysports):
or eBay item #290352559494.
Also looks like an incorrect BB spindle due to the position of the adjustable cup. Potentially a "Raysport" with the "R" bottom bracket cutout removed by the enormous rectangular cutout???
Regards, Kevin Kruger
