Hi Harry,

What sets Windsors apart from Cinelli is the fork crown (i.e., Windsor uses flat while Cinelli used sloping on their SC model).  The eBay bike has a full sloping Cinelli style crown.

Here's a link to photos of my Windsor Profesional (yes, with only one "s" in Pro):

Raysport, another Cinelli-clone Mexican marque also used a sloping fork crown, but every example that I am aware of had drilled lugs plus the top of their seat lug was scalloped, not flat like Cinelli.

To my eye the eBay bike really appears to be a 1960s Cinelli in bad shape (missing chainstay bridge and a manhole sized BB shell hole!).  Have to believe Keith Anderson's assessment that the chainstays were probably replaced.

Listers,

This bike looks very much like my beloved and beaten  Windsor 'Touring Elite' that I bought off a list member. It is currently being flogged mercilessly in NYC - well, it's actually locked up outside right now.

Love the bike. Definently not a 'touring' bike, but has a steep headtube angle, loads of toe clip overlap, Columbus SL tubing (?) and fender/rack mounts. Really a versatile but FAST bike!

Anyhoo, I'm a Windsor fan. Best classic beat-around bike I can think of.
