In my experience. pedal dustcap threading is quite standard across brands in the "on-topic" era. I have found Campy Record/Gransport, Zeus, KKT Pro-Ace, MKS "Sylvan" and "Unique," Gipiemme "Dual Sprint," and Ofmega pedal dustcaps will all thread properly into each others' pedal bodies, although the patterns on the caps themselves may and often do require brand-specific tools to remove the caps from the bodies without damage.

That the pedal axle threads are identical across models does not mean that the axles themselves are interchangable, although in many cases they are. Because of the shape of the cones and spacing in the pedal body things do not always work.
