Maybe the whole shebung. This looks like an early 1980s frame to me - top tube cable guides, shifter bosses, under b.b. cable routing, integrated fork crown, and 80s looking dropout features. Still no front derailleur tab, which is why I say early 80s, as these became common in about 1982 or so, IIRC. Brake levers are later "short reach" version, which didn't come around till mid-latter 70s, and the calipers have post CPSC q/r levers, that also came out around 1977. Maybe a few older parts on there like the rear der. and possibly the cranks, but not much else is of the age the seller suggests. Sounded good, but doesn't look like the real deal at all, to me.

Interesting bike on Ebay...

I recall reading that SCIC bikes were built by Colnago and this posting does mention colnago (it's in Italian so I'm not sure of the description). The photos show an old jersey, cap etc. Seems like the whole shebang. Anyone ever see one of these branded as SCIC like that?
