I spoke to the seller, and he believes, due to the wrap-over seat stays, that this bike is a Major Nichols. It is a repaint, without decals, and a 58cm that feels a little large. Components are Nuovo Record, with sew up wheels.
Price is $325. The seller sounds knowledgeable...hell, he may be on the list. I'm not getting it for myself because I'm a philistine and don't; want to fool with sew-ups. If anybody is interested, I can help with lookie-Lou-ing, packing, and shipping
