Greg,

Look for the famous Bruce Gordon fastback stay attachment to the seat lug. If you don't know what it looks like, visit Bruce's site. Without stay treatment, it isn't a Bruce Gordon. If it's a Gordon, JUMP on it right away!

Greetings all...... After many messages and a ton of perseverence, I have spoken to a "wordly" gentlemen who is apparently selling his former roommate's Bruce Gordon. I found the bike of the jaxed list. From questions about the former roomies' height it seems my size (56-57). Its a complete bike with what I believe is substantially all Dura Ace equipped. He is asking $500 for the bike and some related/unrelated parts. 2 questions....I have read that Bruce Gordon is a great builder---are there any tell tale earmarks to make sure its a Gordon. Assuming its in decent shape, are there any members who might help me track this down. The Bike is in central Virginia, the Richmond area. Any advise would be much appreciated. The ad is

Not that I'm encouraging people to hassle the guy, but he has one of most genuine, freshest messages ever on his cell phone (which might be his gf's--I couldn't get that part of the story straight)
