Handbuilt by Miki in Osaka of Tange Champion #1 tubing (later ~1980,
the 4000s went to #2). Apparently the 4000 is strikingly similar to
Centurion Semi Pro framesets from that era - which, quite possibly,
were also built at Miki. Here's a similar '76 Centurion Semi Pro
(serial M6Hxxx) - dropouts on my Sekai are Shimano SF (Centurion uses
Suntour) and the bottom brackets possibly seem different:
