this one is a very strange old derailler that i have never seen the like before. can anyone tell me about it.

another question i have is about a bike i have which is from 1963 and called a motoconfort. its a road bike with campag gears universal brakes. i can't find this make anywhere even though i think its part of motobecane. any knowledge out there
