Hi listers....Cinelli experts in particular

I have potentially the chance to obtain a very nice Cinelli frame.......which at 23" I could just about manage to ride if I use a longer seat post..........

The frame number is 6646.........does that suggest a 1966 year?

It has the full slope fork crown with liners on the inside of the blades........lugs are simular to Prugnat type 'I' [or I've seen the term 'wolfs ear' ]  and of course the famous shot in seat cluster where the seat bolt passes through.

Other features are........a oil hole on top of the bracket shell........Campag long ends with the hole for the spring........ fittments for the mudguards [fenders]

sadly, it has been repainted...[crudely].......so no original decals, or head badge

Any thoughts?

cheers
