I wonder if anyone can help?
I recently bought a Clive Harvey Lo Pro (24" front wheel) time trial frame.
Very nicely made: lugless, shot in rear stays, 531 Professional, Sun Tour ends
Looks like it dates from the mid 80's...
Could anybody shed any light on Clive Harvey? I understand he may have been Portsmouth based...
