Looks a whole lot like a 1976 Nishiki International.
I have a couple Internationals from 1981 - they make good riders, not too heavy and with a low-trail geometry I prefer (72 seat angle, 73 head angle, 63mm rake). The lugs and detailing are quite different from your earlier model, but I would guess that your International has similar geometry. They also have relatively long top tubes relative to seat tubes in the larger sizes, another thing I like about them.
