I have (only) one of these cables, married up to its proper derailleur. But, if you can find the right slender steel cable, I think the nub in the middle would be feasible to fabricate. Suggestion: (1) start with too long a cable, so you can seriously grip the ends. (2) tie a half-bend (overhand knot) in the middle, where you want the nub. Clamp one end in a vise, grab the other end with vise-grips, and pull tight - but watch and shape the knot to stick out. (3) build up with solder and file to shape. It won't matter if you file a strand or two. would that work?

Paint, chrome, and all hardware are original. Just a lot of TLC plus new tires, cables, tape. Not mine. Alex did all the work himself. Found at Via Bicycle in Philly. Anyone have a spare Cyclo push-pull cable for him?? We are going to attempt to make one but an original would be easier.
