I've only seen one other set of NIB 1st generation Campagnolo brakes on Ebay and they sold in December of 2008 for 970 dollars though an apparently NOS set of calipers alone fetched 921 dollars about a month later, so I'd say the current price is well within a reasonable range. Given the 2008 precedent, I'd be a little surprised to see the price go a lot higher than where it sits now. But who knows!
