Dan- I can't help with the spoke washers but to say that you might need 3 or 4 for each spoke. My Aw alloy shell needed 4 each. As to the QR clip for the cable I'd like to see one too. I've just used two of the knurled lock nuts butted up against each other to set the adjustment point for the cable end barrel to thread up to.

I rode home from work last night with a tail wind that had me spun out in 3rd gear! Last time I went that fast on my 3 speed was in Raleigh, NC a few years ago when a hurricane passed by close and even at my going about 30mph the tail wind was still passing me by.
