bikedudes,

my comments regarding bcd were concerning Pista cranksets, since the original poster was inquiring about a Pogliaghi Pista..

it has been my understanging that while, yes, Campy switched to 144bcd on the Strada cranksets circa 1966, the Pista bcd was not reduced until quite a bit later.. like 1970 or so..

i have also heard that first few years of the 144bcd Pista cranks were undated.. is this true of Strada cranks also ? or, did Campagnolo start date stamping all cranks around the same time, and when was it ?
