Wow..what a response to my email about Bill Hurlow transfers ! Overwhelming or what! Many thanks to all those who responded both on and off-List. Thanks as well as Dale has pointed out to Peter over here in Lincolnshire for all his stirling work on the Hurlow transfers and all those others that he has done..and no doubt will continue to do

I have just been down to visit Chris Marshall the frame-builder in keighley who sprays my frames these days, and noted in the corner the superbly finished E.A.Boult that Peter has just had renovated. I recall seeing it a few weeks ago in its former extremely tatty state, but thanks to Chris' skills withe thespray gun and brush and to Peter's regenerated Boult transfers, another Brown-Tithecott enterprise, the frame has been restored to its former glory. Just in time too...I have just found one of the three Boults that have been hiding away in my store-room..so now I can benefit again from Peter's and Nick's skills.

Living only a beautiful one hour's drive through wonderful countryside from Nick's place, he was obviously my first port of call..by email though. He had everything else that I wanted but didn't mention the Hurlow's, possibly because he thought that I thought that the Hurlow was a Condor-Hurlow and needed the Condor transfers...which he does have in stock.

So as the Bard said quite famously said "All's Well That Ends Well"

I said I would thank Nick publicly, on List , for actually telephoning me today, during his tea-time. Thanks again, Nick..and Peter.
