My 1977 Nishiki Landau came with Kyokuto Top-Run pedals. They look
somewhat like these, http://tinyurl.com/ycanfoz* * except the bodies
were multi-piece chromed steel instead of the one piece alloy shown. I
actually replaced them with better Sakae/Ringyo (SR) pedals that looked
almost exactly like the ones shown. As for a headbadge, did you try
