If you have access to Japanese magazines, there is a great pictorial on the history of Dura Ace, with some picture of historic Superbe Pro as well plus bikes, largely from the Shimano museum. Well worth the $20 or so the magazine costs. I bought my issue at Kinokuniya bookshop in New York.
