Sutherland's 6th lists only 1 OMAS HS: the ART 120 and specs it as using 31ea 1/8" balls top and bottom.

NR and SR Strada HS use 22ea 3/16" balls while the SR Pista uses 25 5/32" balls.

I would suppose that most any metal HS retainer with 1/8" balls would fit if that's what you want.
