David- Just a few years ago Zefal was still making the small parts available. IIRC the pump feet were black (not the white that we're interested in). Any LBS could order them. But Zefal did make it harder as they were dealer direct and had a minimum order amount that many shops couldn't justify. Most of the pump feet that I've gotten have been from trashed pumps. Good hunting.
