In some classic UK cycling magazine there is/was an article on the early days of the Raleigh Team bikes. The author quoted a team member who said, "Raleigh left no expenses un-cut" on the early team bikes, and I remember he said they had Nervar cranks (which turned grey in the british rain), Huret Jubilee Derailleurs (which jammed with mud), and Weinmann 500 brakes in the year 1973.

The team picture from 1972 that you pointed out does not show these components, but instead, it shows the bike part'ted up with the parts that came standard on a Peugeot PX-10, more or less, although it appears the wheels have campy hubs as I can see an oiler clip on the bike on the righthand side of the picture.
