Someone told me that the ones which came on my Windsor pro (which were spec'd by the original owner at the time he bought it) were his 'first generation'. These are the HIGH flange type. Someone also mentioned there may have been a LOW flange version back in the 70's as well (??)

I recently rode this beauty a bit, and took it to the RoseBowl ride... great bike.
