I proposed to the chairman of the York Rally that they put on a celebration for Jack Taylor Cycles' 75th anniversary next year, and they are very excited about it. Ken and Honor Taylor will come for sure, and Ken says Jack and Peggy will come if someone besides him will drive them. It is only about 50 miles from where they live. The chairman's name happens to be John Taylorson! Ha. So put that on your calendar for next year, all you Taylor fans! It is the third weekend in June. The rally only covers the weekend, but we will go a few days early, probably ride to the Rally, then go touring for at least a week afterwards. I just checked with British Air, and it seems they will take a tandem for free! I hope they keep that policy next year. Closest Airport served by British Air is Manchester, 74 miles away, though you may also be able to fly to Leeds Bradford, 30 miles away.
