Ahoy ! I have a pair of the Cane Creek "Dia-compe" and find them highly satisfactory. They appear well-made, fit like a glove !, and are comfortable. Moreover, I had no difficulty installing them. The Cane Creek gum or black hoods that fit the original Dia-Compe pattern, do not have the extension lever punch outs...They are a current product in our product line...
