Must be those drilled out clamp cable guides for the toptube. Seriously, I have no idea why the high bid, but just about anything NOS in box complete will garner attention. The only surprise for me is that the calipers are recessed with allen nuts yet cable guides are included. Nice gesture on Modolo's part, but by the time brakes took recessed brakes, most also had brazed-on cable guides. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL USA
