Hi list, in rating the various lines of Campy products I see that Gran sport is described as a lower line product. I think that what they probably had in mind is Nuovo Gran Sport. During the mid 60"s to mid 70's it was Campy's mid line product, entry level being Valentino . Gran Sport in the 1950's was top line and generaly equal to the best from other manufactures, quite different from Nuovo G.S.
