Hadn't crossed my mind, but I guess it might be like selling a brake bolt with the option of buying the whole caliper off-auction, so to speak. I think that dispossessing a frame of its identifying insignia is the worst type of parting out - regardless of whether it is a Dawes or any other more common framesets.
