Good eye, Mark. This frame has all of the right details to indicate a build from no later than 1970. The paint is certainly not original, as ALL braze-ons (with the exception of the "diver's helmet" on the chainstay) have been added at a later date. She'd be mighty pretty with the appropriate ("Playing Card"?) decals, no? I can't imagine those panel decals would be under clear. My understanding is that they never were...
