Lucas- If you use some common sense you should be fine. Good venting, keep your head out of the smoke plume and don't fry the filler.
Many on this list have (still do?) use Cad included Silver filler with out health issues. The last building class I attended offered a choice of with or w/o Cad Silver. One of us chose the Cad free Silver, the other chose w/ Cad. Any difference in our capacities after the class was over was due to what was between the ears and not what was in our fingers.
