quoth nick

red-on-white falcon vinyl stickers on down tube and top tube and foil sticker on down tube. Takes 27.0 seat post.

My old San Remo is the bike I've had the longest, over 30 years, and a treasured friend. Acquired as a frame and fork after a scoundrel stole my Mondia Special and rattle-canned it flat black (a long, long story)...the Falcon restored to proper robin's egg blue some years ago, from its original (to me) black powdercoat. Takes a 26.2 post...totally weird. What a lovely bike though--ridden through uncountable tropical downpours, glacial mud, black ice, and two feet of snow (no lie)...if I had to get rid of them all, the Falcon would be the one I'd keep, naturally.
