[CR] KOF Willis almost done

Dear List:

Well, the 650b Willis frame/bike is nearly done and will soon be winging it's way to middle America, where I shall hopefully ride the dickens out of her.  The parts are strongly vintage/ classic, aside from the Paul centerpulls, which are rather KOF.  Some pics now showing all the stages of the building:

I really love what Steve did with the front rack, and the Paul mounts.  It all just looks - - - right.  No, the rear rack won't be left like that.
