I quite agree. The bike is both interesting and of questionable aesthetic merit, in fact the bike's aesthetics, whatever its merits, are what makes it interesting to me. Some of my favorite industrial designs are to some degree ugly. I hope we aren't expected to limit our observations on the list to only ones of unalloyed praise. Doing so dilutes the praise, rendering it less genuine and thus meaningful, and can easily reduce the discourse to bland vapidity.
