I've had good luck with Mark Nobillette. He's done two repairs for me. Most recently a twisted fork for my 79 Mercian. After hitting a parked car at about 22-23 mph, the front dropouts didn't lineup anymore. $50.00 had me back on the road. Thanks, Mark!
