Robert,

If you still have that small Cinelli track bike I sold you a number of years ago; you do have a small wheel Cinelli. I bought that complete Super Record Cinelli bike from a distributor, and it was still new (un ridden) when I bought and when I sold it to you. You can find tubulars that are real tight on regular 700c wheels and they should work on those rims. Make sure NOT to stretch the tires before you mount them to the rims.

The 110 spaced (as opposed to the standard 120 spaced) rear hubs are not uncommon on Italian track bikes and other bikes as well. They are to be used with the 65-P-110 BB spindles. The purpose is to give track bikes more pedal clearance on the steep tracks. All Cinelli track bikes I've ever seen run the 110 rear hub and the 65mm wide BB shell.
