Hi: Technically you got the payment, PayPal just has not processed it yet for you to use the money. I have had this experience and it is frustrating. PayPal does it usually when both the seller and the buyer do not have a lot of transactions and the amount that is exchanged is "substantial". The frustrating part is that you are sending a precious item to someone without having the funds to use. The other part about it is the amount of time that it all takes. I recall calling PayPal all ticked off...twisted up mad. The bright side is that it all pans out after awhile. It does not seem worth it for what PayPal charges to do this. But if you plan to use it you may want to ride out one or two of these circumstances so that they can get it out of their system and keep you rolling smoother for the next time. Not sure what to advise you to do as far as cancelling the deal. Sorry to hear that this all happened. You may have to be a lot more patient than I was.
