VAR still makes the #393, but the new number is PE-39300. Its the same 22/23mm double-ended tool, with the 23mm side appropriate for TA cranks like the Pro5 BIS (Cyclotourist) model and others, and the 22mm side appropriate for about everything else (except the 23.35mm Stronglight). Normal retail price is $59.
