Just thought that I would out these OMAS hubs that are on E-bay. They are not mine, nor do I even know who is selling them. OMAS have long been my favorite vintage hubs. They are lighter than Campagnolo, have just as good a finish and bearings that will outlast those in Campagnolo hubs. At present, nobody has bid on these at the $50 starting price (however there is a reserve), in my eyes they are a bargain even at $100.
In the description it says that they have steel and alloy skewers but don't mention whether or not these are the ones with titanium axles. They are nice no matter what.
OMAS also made some very nice super lightweight headsets and BB, as well as weight weenie kits for lightening up your bike.
