Well if Richard Sachs says those are Bocama, then who am I to argue (and I don't mean that sarcastically, he's the man). But I can't tell the difference between those and the lugs I have always heard called Prugnat S4.

Examples: http://www.flickr.com/photos/27880623@N05/4582139612/ Is a Prugnat S4 set according to Keith Anderson

http://www.bikebrothers.co.uk/longstaff_red_black.htm Has an S4 set according to bikebrothers.co.uk

If you can't tell the difference either (or they're close enough), then widen your search to include "Prugnat S4" and you'll have more hits. Those were fairly common lugs. I have a set, but you don't want to buy them from me, my prices are too high. ;) (You can get back to me as a last resort though, if you don't find a set anywhere else.)
