Mark, Those short point window cut out lugs are very familiar......though I can't be sure they are Prugnat? I know Ceeway used to supply them, and It's quite likely I'll come across some when I return to my 'old workbench' at Woodrup's next month.

I guess they fall into the category of stuff we just got on and worked with.....without actually remembering anything about them! Probably late 80s early 90s for the short point.........long point much earlier?
