I did this once just using a hot glue gun (if you don't have one of these, you can get them at any craft or hobby shop). It seemed to work well enough.

The lycra covering on the Avocet W20 Gelflex saddle that graces my wife's early 1980s Colnago Super has come loose.  It appears that whatever adhesive Avocet used to glue the lycra cover over the padding to the saddle base dried out.  I'd like to try gluing it back on, but I don't know what adhesive I should use.  Any ideas? Thanks,
