Hi, I was under the impression that late 1960's PX10s were fitted with the Simplex 537 Luxe rear derailleurs. This sounds like it was an upgraded version of the Prestige derailleur.

Although very similar, the 537 Luxe derailleur that I have (marked 4/68) is not the same as the later Criterium derailleur.
