Hi Victor, My '70-'71 takes a 27.0 seatpost. I have corresponded with other CR Listmembers who own early Supers from those years that also take a 27.0 post...but that doesn't mean they all will. If I've learned one thing about early Colnagos, it's that "the only thing consistent is inconsistency"...Or something to that effect. The early 70's seem to be a real "transition era" and there are lots of features that cross over partially into certain model years, appear on only a few frames, etc. Given all of the weird variables on those early Supers, my instinct would be to ride what ever size fits my frame rather than what's supposedly "correct" for a given model year. After all, (now this another favorite old Colnago quote of mine)... "Get a room of Colnago 'experts' in a room together to date a Colnago and the only thing they'll agree on is whether or not it's a Colnago."
