Lister:  Has anyone ever seen a multicolor, spray job as the following U.K. e bay listing suggests?

I thought this is just a sun-faded on one side and then a spray of primer color over the blemishes.  What do you think?   I have been seeing a lot of misleading claims from U.K. sellers latley and am less inclined to purchase from them as it is just too expensive to be dissappointed and troublesome to boot.      I bought a J.T. that was touted as having bubbled paint.  I should have suspected when the seller offered to sell a chainstay with the auction.  I did not know some one would bother having a quality re-spray over a pitted frame.    BT
