I can appreciate Maxi-Car Hubsets, but these are labeled as: "French threads, good used condition"

Am I missing something, or does the rear look unusable and unrepairable? There are 8 bids by 6 bidders, over $100 and a day to go.

Can the scrap parts or a good front hub command that kind of value? There can't be any way to repair that rear hub, is there?
