There's an old joke that goes something like this.

A man rang the doorbell of a mansion on day. when the owner answered, the man explained that he was looking for a spot of work, any chore, so that he could buy a meal.

The homeowner, taking pity, said "OK, come on through. out in the garage out back you'll find a paint brush and a can of green paint. You could give a coat of paint to the porch out back."

and the man happily headed out to the back of the house.

About an hour later he returned, said he was finished and thanked the homeowner. "But" the worker added "I should tell you. That's not a Porche back there. It's a Ferrari."

I was reminded of this joke when I purchased the "Blizzard" labeled bike shown in the photos:

The ebay sale only had one photo and in it I could just see a bit of lugwork with what looked like a Colnago pantograph thingee. So I took a flyer on it (as it was also my size.)

what do you figure? some youngster asked his dad if he could paint one of the bikes in the garage?

Can anyone enlighten me on this model? the lugwork seems more ornate than I have usually seen. and there is a slight scallop to the tubing. any idea if the forks are Colnago originals?
