I purchased a set of Campagnolo Super Record pedals for about $80, shipped, from the UK, a week ago.
They are missing one dust cap, but very close to like-new condition - the tops of the pedals are about 98% still-black anodized, with just a few scratches of mild cleat wear. I also got some Christophe toeclips (rusty) and binda straps together with the pedals, for that price.
Yes, I think that prices are down right now.
